Request account deletion

You can also initiate deletion while signed in through Profile & Settings. This public form is available for people who cannot access the app.

What happens next?

1. We locate and verify the account.
2. A seven-day grace period allows cancellation.
3. We delete or anonymise associated data unless retention is legally or operationally required.
4. Completion is recorded by an authorised administrator.
