These terms govern your use of KarunamOne, a programme platform operated by Karunam Welfare Foundation. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your password and OTP, and use one primary role. Role changes require Karunam approval. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Community conduct

Treat mentors, mentees, volunteers, staff and other members respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, unauthorised promotion, unlawful content, cheating, harmful advice or misuse of private information is prohibited.

Mentorship and wellbeing

Mentorship, courses, career support and wellness tools provide educational and general support. They do not guarantee employment, admission, examination results, medical outcomes or professional advice. For emergencies or serious health concerns, contact appropriate local services.

Points, gifts and opportunities

Karunam Points are recognition within the programme, have no cash value and may be corrected when awarded in error. Gifts depend on eligibility, availability and programme rules. Internships, volunteering and mentoring opportunities may have separate selection criteria.

Content and files

Only share material you have the right to use. You retain ownership of your material while granting Karunam permission to store and display it as needed for the programme. Karunam content may not be commercially reused without permission.

Safety and enforcement

Karunam may restrict features, remove content, suspend an account or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for safety, investigation, legal compliance or programme integrity.
